Vitamin B3 (Niacin)

Vitamin B3 is also known as niacin or nicotinic acid. It is water-soluble vitamin and plays determinative role in many important processes in our body. It is essential for metabolism of carbohydrate, fat and protein. It has significant role in electron transport of cells. Vitamin B3 is essential for energy production, operation of antioxidants and detoxification reactions. It reduces the level of cholesterol, can help those who suffer from arthritis and plays role in synthesis of sexual hormones (thyroxine, insulin). Niacin relieves depression and insomnia, regulates the metabolism rate.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is also known cobalamin. It has strengthening effect all over our body. It plays basic role in the metabolism of every cell of the human body, especially affecting DNA and RNA synthesis, essential for cell renewal, especially for formation of red blood cells. Its absorption is quite difficult; it is linked to the presence of special protein called intrinsic factor. It is appetite stimulant for most people thus Vitamin B12 energizes and increases performance. Among other things it is used in case of anemia, general physical deterioration, fatigue, and nerve inflammation and recovering after long term illness.

It is antioxidant, supports haematopoiesis and has detoxification effect. Excessive alcohol consumption increases the need of Vitamin B1. It has significant role in carbohydrate metabolism. It will help in absorption if it is used with vitamin B2 and B6 together.

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 plays important role in building of muscle tissues, it is essential for protein metabolism and catabolism. It is also needed in carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Vitamin B6 is also essential for formation of antibodies and red blood cells. It can be beneficial in case of depression, dermatitis, neuritis and lethargy. Vitamin B6 can positively change the level of neurotransmitters, especially dopamine and adrenaline, which can be manifested in higher intensity and concentration.

B2 vitamin (Riboflavin)

Riboflavin is antioxidant, has important role in detoxification, incorporation of iron (haemoglobin formation) and in protein synthesis. It participates in biological oxidation processes and metabolism of amino acids. Vitamin B2 improves vision and reduces eye dryness. It supports the immune system, and the health of the eyes, skin, hair and nails.
